When you submit an inquiry to us, in order to be able to contact you and handle your problem, we will collect your information to the minimum extent in accordance with legal provisions and will not use it for other services.

  1). Current location information is used by the APP to provide regionally related personalized services.

  2). The photographed face information and the pupil position information obtained by the TrueDepth API are used to measure and calculate the interpupillary distance.

  3). The name, email address and glasses parameter information of the optical customer are used to provide relevant information on lens production.

3. How we store and share your personal information

Your personal information is processed by our servers located in Singapore.

We will strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and this Privacy Policy and take strict security measures to protect your rights.

We only share your personal informationwhen reasonably necessary .
